Chrymians And Their Powers

In the city of Chryma, many of its citizens are different from each other, separated into several groups of beings. Some look like insectoids, some resemble reptilians, some look like underwater animals while most of the others are humanoid with different defects. Many have wondered how Chrymians live looking the way they are. Well in truth, they look that way because either they wish it, or they were born that way. Since all Chrymians became, or live partially, as Ravenkorians, they all have special abilities and traits that they can use. Ones that have wing capacities can fly, aquatics breath underwater, so on and so forth, but their are a few traits that they all share.

Elemental Manipulation: Most Chrymians, when placed under a specific House, learn how to master or in some way control their element. The elements are of the same name with the Houses, but their is also the elements of Time, Space, Gravity, Ice, Lightning and Sound. Rathmostofar, being the Ruler of Chryma and thus the Ruler over the House of the Divine, is seemingly the only one who knows how to use all of the elements from gathering them before the war.

Form Manipulation: One other reason why the people of Chryma look so strange is because some of them tend to change their appearance, some to cover up defects in their form or just to mimic some other elements. Most Chrymians are able to change their size (from one foot tall to twelve feet tall), girth, muscle mass, skin tone, eye color, etc., etc. but both the Members of the House of the Divine and the House of Earth can manipulate their form farther, enabling them to morph into different objects that fits their original build (example, a lean, tall Chrymian can easily morph into a small tree, while a short and rotund Chrymian can take the shape of boulders or large vases, etc.)

Members of the House of the Divine and Earth are the only ones who can break this boundary and morph into larger or smaller forms, as well as being able to create and alter new body parts and their functions (growing wings, gills, etc..) A popular form Rathmostofar has been known to use is his Crystal Dragon Form, that stands roughly at ten to eleven feet tall and its skin is made of hundreds of small crystals while on his back, that can become larger and act like large spikes. In this form, his four wings are always out and they maintain the crystalline polymorphism, making them larger and near translucent while still enabling him to fly. In this form, his elemental controls are severally drawn back however, making the only elements he can use effectively are the elements of Earth and Ice. In this form, he is strangely susceptible to Fire damage as well. A direct, powerful blast of fire is enough to make him change back to his original form.

Regeneration: While most Chrymians can heal small wounds and damaged body parts with ease, both members of the House of Water and the House of the Divine can regenerate to a greater capacity, regrowing lost limbs or mending near fatal wounds. However, regeneration on this scale takes its toll on the user, draining more Force energy for the more drastic wounds. Rathmostofar and the Ruler over the House of Water can regenerate from death with this power, but this nearly drains them completely of their Force Power, often sending them into a coma until their Force Power is naturally restored to the point where they can remain conscious, typically taking about four days for Rathmostofar to awaken from this coma while the other may take up to one or two full days in their coma stasis. By no means is the regeneration instantaneous.

It is possible to do it this, but generally it causes a greater amount of pain then when the wound first appeared, the larger the wound the more the pain one suffers if they want to speed up the healing process. If its on the principal of regenerating a limb, often the limb wont be usable for several seconds to several minutes depending on the length being regenerated. A hand/foot wont be usable for up to 10-30 seconds (usable on the same post), for the forearm/foreleg it will take up to 50 seconds or two minutes (usable on the second post) and if its an entire arm/leg it will take about 5-7 minutes before it can be used (can be limped on by the third post but cannot be used it excessively, like for running or jumping and such until the fifth post).
