"Scarred are the ones who enter this place...only those who know and have been remade through the one who is the Holder of Light and Shadow may enter these halls...steel yourself and follow the path into the black for destiny awaits one with the Star of the Envoy and follows the shadows to the Room of Beginning to get the Heart of the End..."
This is the inscription placed upon the entrance to the Scarred Chamber of Brashluymonto, also known as the Chamber of Souls secretly hidden away within the Void, only accessible by beings who can travel beyond the realms, typically most Chrymian spell casters and others like them. Normally forbidden for anyone to enter, the only people who can enter are Rathmostofar and his family because, literally, the House of the Divine are the only ones that can enter it. Anyone else is confined to a ten minute time limit. If they do not escape before then the spirits within the temple invoke their wrath and bring the statues, and other things within the chamber, to life to fight off the intruders.
The entire chamber is inscribed with Sith Sorceric runes along the walls and ceiling, putting up an enchantment that keeps people from warping in or out, this also includes teleports to and from a ship. It takes, roughly, half an hour to walk down the large catacombs before you reach the central chamber, where Rathmostofar's Holocron is kept gripped within the hands of a large Anubis-like statue. Several robbers have tried to take the Holocron for themselves, but they only get about a third of the way into the chamber before they are surrounded by the Necrovoids; demons that Chrymians use to do their bidding (like a Necromancer and his Skeletons).
The Necrovoids are wraith-like creatures spawned out of intense moments of sorrow, pain and misery. Long ago, Rathmostofar knew how to harness them in his cities, but it wasn't until half-way through his Sith training that he was able to create them. Lord Draknor had used ancient magic to rip out all of the sorrow within Rathmostofar's soul, thus rendering him into a eternal depression for the rest of his existence. Although he can feel other emotions, sorrow became the strongest emotion he feels because, like a few Sith Lords before him, he feeds on that emotion. In order for him to keep his strength, he needs the power of sorrow to sustain him. While this gives him power, this also removes sorrow from the victims mind, temporarily making them happier, angrier, or whatever emotion they use when sorrow is no longer present (to remove sorrow completely would either kill them or turn them into an emotion draining being as well).
In cases where the sorrow is almost out of control within a victim or within himself, Rathmostofar can manipulate that sorrow and mix it with Gray energy to form a Necrovoid to do his bidding, or several if the source is powerful enough (typically if this tactic is used on a person who cannot resist Force Powers or the mystic arts, their soul becomes trapped within the Gray energy and they then live as a mindless, obedient, Necrovoid). Necrovoids cannot be killed, as being merely shadow forms of sorrow and Gray energy. They are merely stunned before they get back up and act more viciously. Their smokey, semi-liquid forms allows them to take any shape or form they desire or whatever forms they are told to take. Although generally they never kill, unless commanded to, this Chamber is where they are given full right to kill anyone that intrudes without permission (permission is in the form of a password that changes with each day. This password is only known by Rathmostofar since his essence is tied to them, thus he also knows when someone tries to break into his chamber through the Necrovoid's echoes within his mind).
